The GFF2026 Expo allows Startup to showcase their product or services, as well as freelancers to set up stalls to showcase their skills and talents, similar to startups displaying their products.
Venue: IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai
Date: 28th February 2026
Time: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Booth allocation and positioning will be decided solely by the organizers.
Freelancer Stall
- Size: 1 Meter
Startup Stall
- Size: 6 × 6 ft
- Structure: Octanorm
- Maximum Height: 8 ft
Enterprise (Premium) Stall
- Size: 9 × 6 ft
- Structure: Octanorm
Maximum Height: 8 ft
- GFF provides only the shell (Octanorm structure).
- All branding, design, and additional elements are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- If needed, GFF can connect you with fabrication/production partners.
- Exhibitors must keep all branding strictly within their allotted space.
- GFF may remove any material placed outside designated areas to maintain a clean, organized expo floor.
- Exhibitors are allotted 6 hours for booth setup( if you need any branding)
- All setup must be fully completed by 8:00 PM on 27th February 2026.
